TRAINING SYSTEM

We have our own Training academy in Gaya, we ensure rigorous training is imparted to the Security Personnel based on the syllabus prescribed by the Government’s security Agency’s Regulation Act. We impart skills in protection, combat, firefighting, material control & soft skills such as courtesy and positive attitude are grilled into them. In addition to the Class 
Room Training, every individual is also imparted "On the Site Training" in handling issues as per the client's requirements / ground conditions, on the following: 

• Key Management Issues 
• Knowledge of key locations / security items at clients premises 
• Maintenance of Documents 
• Gate Access Control 
• Patrol Procedures 
• Crowd Control 
• Incident reporting System / Channel 
• Collective Training, Fire Fighting & Mock Drills
